1. Be flat and firm; When installing seismic brackets, it is not only necessary to ensure that the brackets are firmly fixed, but also the position of the brackets should be accurately calculated. After installation, the flatness should be ensured, and they should be in close contact with the supporting pipelines in order to achieve good seismic resistance.
2. Pipelines and wire conduits are allowed to have longitudinal offset, but not exceeding 1/6 of the maximum lateral support spacing; The allowable deviation of the air duct shall not exceed twice the size of the air duct.
3. When horizontal pipelines turn 90 degrees, seismic supports and hangers need to be installed; When the turning length at other angles is greater than 1/16 of the seismic design spacing, lateral and longitudinal seismic supports and hangers need to be installed.
4. When calculating the horizontal seismic force load, only the full load weight is required without considering other factors.
5. Seismic hangers do not limit the stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines. When considering the factors of thermal expansion and contraction, longitudinal hangers should be selected in the component selection to be able to resist the thermal expansion and contraction stress of pipelines.
6. The seismic resistant hanger pipe code for insulated pipelines should be considered according to the size after insulation, and the door type hanger used for insulated air ducts and water pipes should also be considered accordingly.
7. The seismic support for rigid pipelines cannot be installed in different structural or functional parts of the building, otherwise different displacements will occur due to seismic action.
8. Single tube seismic supports with bi-directional lateral or longitudinal or inflection point seismic supports with lateral/longitudinal effects should be directly connected to pipelines or wire conduits. It should be noted that the support of branch pipes or primary pipelines cannot be used as seismic support for the main pipe, that is, it cannot be used as support for the other direction (main pipe).
9. When pipelines pass through building settlement joints, settlement displacement design should be considered.
10. The optimal vertical angle for the installation of side/longitudinal slant support is 45 °, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.
11. For single pipe or multi pipe shared door type hangers of water, electricity and air systems, whether lateral or longitudinal slant support, when the slant support deviates 2.5 ° from the centerline, its bearing capacity will not be affected.
