Pre embedded pipelines should meet the following requirements:
Pipeline layout and design: Pipeline layout should be reasonable and uniform, and designed according to the types and quantities of pre buried pipelines to ensure smooth installation of various pipelines and facilitate future maintenance and repair. The quantity and specifications of pre embedded pipelines should be determined according to the needs of engineering design to avoid excessive or insufficient.
Material selection: The selection of materials for embedded pipelines is very important. For example, in civil air defense engineering construction, pre embedded sleeves are generally made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes with a wall thickness of not less than 2.5mm. Electrical pipelines passing through civil air defense walls and ceilings must be protected and sealed according to relevant regulations.
Fixation and sealing: Pre embedded pipelines should be firmly fixed during installation to avoid displacement during concrete pouring. The floor sleeve can be fixed with iron wire and nails; Wall penetrations and beam sleeves must be secured with additional reinforcing bars. In addition, the connections between the concealed pipes should be tightly sealed to prevent water leakage.
Elevation and position: The burial depth of the pre embedded pipeline should meet the design requirements, and generally a certain distance should be reserved below the ground. The position and height of the pre embedded pipeline must comply with the requirements of the construction drawings to avoid damaging the wall reinforcement.
Inspection and protection: Multiple inspections are required during the pre embedding process to ensure accuracy before it can be used for on-site construction. The installed sleeve should be at least 5cm away from the wall, and the length of the sleeve should be determined based on the thickness of the shear wall. After reinforcement, it is necessary to check the position and fixation of the casing. If there is any deviation or looseness, it should be repositioned or reinforced.
Environmental adaptability: In areas with strong electricity or strong electromagnetic fields, humidity, and easy damage, thick walled steel pipes or liquid resistant flexible metal wire protection pipes should be used for wire protection. When in a dry place, the wire protection tube should be made of thin-walled steel pipe or flexible metal wire protection tube.
Construction coordination: When the diameter of the casing is large and it is necessary to cut structural steel bars, the construction personnel should promptly notify the mechanical and electrical foreman and the civil engineering foreman for on-site inspection and coordination.
The definition and application scenarios of pre embedded pipelines: Pre embedded pipelines refer to pipelines that are pre embedded for subsequent structural and process construction in building engineering, facilitating future wiring. They are widely used in various building structures, such as basement exterior walls, pool exterior walls, etc., to ensure the functionality and safety of buildings.
